Bette Sue Talley Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bette Sue Talley of Lynchburg, Virginia, who passed away on February 21, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bette Sue Talley to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Tilley and Juanita Tilley (Butcher); her husband John Daniel Talley, Jr.; her son Timothy Merritt Talley; her great grandchild Merritt Talley; and her daughter-in-law Mandy Talley.
She is survived by: her sons, John Talley (Melody), David Talley (Joni) and Paul Talley (Suzanne); her grandchildren, Tim Talley (Whitney), Tiffany Davis (Kenny), Amanda Talley, Andrew Talley (Hannah), PJ Talley (Katie), Benjamin Talley (Lindsay), Caleb Talley (Amber) and Elizabeth Talley; her great grandchildren, Lainey, Tyde, Marcellus, Ezra, Lyla, Ezekiel, Corrie, Addie Grace, Carter, Bennett, Eli, Colton and Kinslee; and her sister Judy Metzger. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:55 AM at the Bible Baptist Church of Wilton (293 Stephens St, Montevallo, AL 35115).
