He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth "Betsy" Ferguson Reynolds; his parents, Emma Robertson Reynolds and Homer Dean Reynolds; and his siblings, Doris Mitchell, Merle R. Nash, Shirley Reynolds, Harold Reynolds and Clyde Reynolds.
He is survived by: his sons, Rev. Donald W. Reynolds (Nancy) of Denton, MD and Rev. Steve K. Reynolds (Debbie) of Chantilly, VA; his brothers, Cecil Reynolds (Margaret) of Madison Heights and Ralph Reynolds (Ann) of Appomattox; and his sister-in-law Jean Reynolds of Lynchburg. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
