He was predeceased by: his parent Dorothy Bell (Gill); and his son William Presley Burgoune. He is survived by: his parent Lee Price; his daughter Vickie Gill of Briery Branch; his stepchildren, Lisa Ann Morris of Grottoes, Martha Jacobsen of Luray and Greg "Toby" Shenk (Jennifer) of Grottoes; his sister Mary Ann Metz of Broadway; his grandchildren, Dustin Gill, Brandon Harris and Hailey Kennedy; and his great grandchild Lacy Jane Knight Harris.
