He was predeceased by: his parent Max Reuban; and his wife Hester Halterman Cook. He is survived by: his parent Nellie Virginia Jewell Cook; his daughter Cathy Sheetz of Mt; his sister Pauline Cook of Luray; and also Jackson. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
