She was predeceased by : her parent Roland F. Cullers; her husband Marvin Daniel Bailey; and her siblings, Madeline Elizabeth Cullers Munch and Ira Roland Cullers. She is survived by : her parent Margaret Estaline Munch Cullers; her sons, Marvin Daniel Bailey Jr., Cathy Carter Bailey of Sumter, S. C., Randy Jay Bailey, Rich Thompson of Luray, Jeffrey William Bailey and Amy Brogan Bailey of Stephens City; and her siblings, Betty and Michael. She is also survived by six grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
