She is survived by: her husband Robert Perley; her daughters, Gina Nicole, Lindsey Jean and Jessica Ann; her granddaughters, Natalie Danielle, Alexa Lianne and Lilith "Lily" Katlyn; her stepgrandchildren, Dominic Steven, Addison Shayne and Lennon Danielle; and her siblings, Josie Mildred Blakley, James Lee "Buddy" Sisk, Ann Grandstaff, Ray Sisk, Johnny Sisk and Judy Sisk. She is also survived by children, grandchildren, and siblings.
