She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Stewart Long, Sr. and Naomi Allegra Emes Long; and her husband Herbert J. Southers. She is survived by: her children, Herbert J. Southers II (Sherry), Peggy Southers Brun and Janie Foster (Jim); her granddaughters, Emily Brun, Sara Southers-Brun and Megan Foster; her great grandchild Milo Flores; and her siblings, Terrill Elaine Sessions, Peggy Louise Grella and Ralph S. Long Jr..
