He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Betty Spratt Harris; his wife Sherry; his children, Jason Harris, Sr. of Front Royal, VA and Carrie (James Clark) of Mount Jackson, VA; his grandchildren, Diana Harris, Jason Harris, Jr. of Hagerstown, MD, Tierney Clark and James "Jamey" Clark of Mount Jackson, VA.; his father Jack Harris; and his brother Bill Harris.
