She is survived by: her sister Margaret Blye of Westminster, MD; her children, Kevin Duncan of Luray and Kim Duncan-Ropka (Frank Ropka Jr) of Luray; her grandchildren, Missy Woods (Douglass Woods) of Martinsburg, WV and Michael Fox of Luray; her great grandchild Aaron-Louis Fox; her pets, Midnight, Sunshine (Sonny) and Foxy; her siblings-in-law, Jimmy (Heather) of Winchester, Doris Higgs of Shenandoah, Sharon Duncan of Front Royal and Barbara Ramey of Front Royal; and her close friends, Juanita Thurston of Bentonville and Sharon Turner of Luray.
