He was predeceased by: his parents, Sandy Garrett and Effie Garrett (Sandra Garrett). He is survived by: his siblings, Sandy Garrett Jr. (Nancy), Edward Garrett (Dorothy) and Janet Hipps; his children, Letitia Cline, Dina Mobley (Kevin) and Delbert Garrett, Jr. (Kim); his grandchildren, Dustin (Katie), Keith (Eden), Jay (Kelsey), Heather (Austin) and Jonah; and his great grandchildren, Kali, Nathan, Dylan, Emily, Wyatt, Isabella, Carrigan, Maverick, Oakleigh, Remington, Esther, Celestia and Aurora.
