It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christine Eunice Bell Hardy of Lunenburg, Virginia, who passed away on July 30, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucille Reese Bell and Robert Bell; her husband Lewis A. Hardy; her sons, Robert and Johnny Hardy; and her siblings, Thomas, Robert Edward Bell, Rebecca Garland and Frances Rainey.
She is survived by: her children, Howard, Willie Hardy, Doris Blackwell (George), Marline Hardy and Phyllis Feggins (Eugene); her grandchildren, Felicia Hardy, Artimease Hazelwood, Alan Hardy, Garrett Garnett, George Blackwell, Malik Boyd, Olivia Hardy, JuJuan Lambert, Monica Winn, Robert Winn and Clint Hardy; her great grandchildren, Chance Hazelwood, Jakobe Sutton, Marquise Hardy, Derrick Jones, Ka'Den Garnett, Alliyah Blackwell, Ava Blackwell, Jaiden Lambert, Kaeyla Winn and Christian Rorie; her great great grandchild Marquise Nathaniel Hardy Jr.; her sister Susan Bell; her sister-in-law Dorothy Bell; and her close friend Carol Irby. She is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
