He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil R. Caldwell and Deloris Wolfe Caldwell; his sons, Tony Jeffrey Caldwell and Derick Michael Caldwell; and his brothers, Danny Caldwell, Donnie Caldwell and Larry Hosey.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Darlene Warden Caldwell of Low Moor; his children, Sandra Dee Conlin (Nathan) of Clifton Forge, Richard Caldwell, Jr. (Ginger) of Clifton Forge, Frankie Caldwell (Tammy) of Clifton Forge, David Caldwell (Catherine) of Clifton Forge, Amanda Morgan (David) of Clifton Forge and Danny Porter of Low Moor; his grandchildren, Joey, Ricky, Crystal, Michael, Steven, Lynn, Ethan, Derek, Frankie of Allaura, DJ, Bethany, Adam and Jaxstone; and his siblings, Betty "Gwindolyn" Teaford of Fincastle and Junior Caldwell of Low Moor. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Midway Christian Church (2605 Selma-Low Moor Rd, Low Moor, VA 24457). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
