He is survived by: his spouse Christian; his children, Kenneth M. Fleming (Becky) of Round Hill and Wanda Fleming Lowe (Garfield) of Purcellville; his grandchildren, Tiffany Fleming Woodcheke, Andrew Fleming, Michelle Lowe and Matthew Lowe; and his brothers, Bernard Lee Fleming of Culpeper and Daniel Fleming of Lovettsville. He is also survived by his three great grandchildren.
