He was predeceased by: his parents, Ottie Lee B and Mae Ola Bentley; and his brothers, Henry and Jim. He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Lisa Hanes of Thurmont, Amanda Bentley of Lovettsville and Roy Thomas Bentley II of Lovettsville; and his sister Nancy Myers of Perceville.
