He is survived by: his daughter Catherine; his son-in-law Jim Tomfohrde of Leesburg, VA; his son Daniel; his daughter-in-law Laurie; his granddaughters, Ashley and Katie Matousek of Lovettsville, VA; his child Mary Jane Matousek of Rotterdam, NY; his brother Alois Matousek (Lou); his sister-in-law Arlene of Edinburg, NY; his nieces and nephews, Patty Lewandowski, Sherry Gilles and Jim Matousek; his brother William Matousek (Bill) of Rochester, NY; his children, Sandy Patterson and Robert Matousek; and also Constance Borst Matousek.
