He is survived by: his children, Connie Rae Smith of Bridgeville, DE, Brian Vincent Smith (Melissa) of Lovettsville, VA, Jeff Ryan Smith (Mariela) of Martinsburg, VA and Amanda Marie Engles (Sean) of Haymarket, VA; his siblings, Roy Smith and Nancy Marr; and his grandchildren, Katey, Cari, Lily, Mia, Cecilia, Kevin, Ben, Eva and Rey.
