She was predeceased by: her parents, Willett Hegarty and Monica Hegarty (Dove); her brother Michael Hegarty; and her children, Mark Lee and Margaret Bayless.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas V. Lee; her son Patrick Lee; and her siblings, Maridella Hegarty and Patrick Hegarty. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home (201 Edwards Ferry Rd NE, Leesburg, VA 20176). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Saint John the Apostle Catholic Church (55 Oakcrest Manor Dr NE, Leesburg, VA 20176).
