It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margarita Rubio Payne of Lovettsville, Virginia, who passed away on March 28, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Larry Dale Payne Sr.; her children, Victoria Payne (Javier Carreras), Larry Dale Jr. (Ursula Dixit), Cristina Payne, Gregory Payne and Katrina Payne; and her granddaughter Catherine Carreras.

Donations may be made in Margarita's honor to the Parkinson's Foundation.
