He was predeceased by: his parents, James Porter Garrett and Emma Duplechain Garrett. He is survived by: his wife Kay Crawford Garrett; his children, Angela Hunziker, Bonnie Banks and Alex Garrett (Christy Garrett); and his grandchildren, Logan Garrett, Olivia Banks, Makinley Hunziker, Gracie Garrett, Victoria Banks, Kaylee Garrett, Aubrey Garrett and Tage Garrett.
