He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Bullard and Sharon Bullard. He is survived by: his wife Karen Evans; his stepchildren, Lyndsay and Gregory Evans (Jessica); his grandchildren, Charley and Stephen; and his siblings, Owen Bullard (Martina) and PJ Bramhall (Mike). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
