It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Allan Coates of Lovettsville, Virginia, who passed away on August 19, 2022, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Andrew Harrison Coates Sr.; his brothers, Andrew "Petey" Coates Jr. and Michael Coates; and his stepson Austin Echols. He is survived by: his wife Michele Coates; his mother Stella "Louise" Coates; and his sisters, Debbie Coates, Kathy Stonesifer, Theresa Everhart and Leslie Loy.
So, In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be sent to Loudoun County Animal Services or Homeward Trails Animal Rescue as they aid in the ongoing rescue of the 4, 000 beagles removed from a testing facility.
