He was predeceased by: his wife Louise Clatterbuck Seay; his child Welby "Rex" Seay; his parents, Ellis Bain Seay, Sr. and Lottie Howard Seay; and his siblings, Ellis Bain, Jr., Virginia McCormick, Willard, Sr. and Remona Harlow.
He is survived by: his children, Warren (Theresa), Wendell (Lanita), Sandra Johnson (Ronnie) and Lisa Harris (John); his siblings, James "Wimpy" of Texas, Donald "Duck" (Linda) of Kents Store, VA, John (Mary) of Newfoundland Canada and Patricia Dameron of Waynesboro; and his nephew Les McCormick of Georgia. He is also survived by grandchildren, twenty-two (22) great grandchildren, loving nephews, nieces, other relatives and cherished friends.
