He is survived by: his wife Brenda Tuel Fleshman; his children, Ryan Fleshman of Louisa, Paul Williams, IV (Taylor) of Savannah and Caroline Bogumil (Kyle) of Charleston, SC; his mother Wynne L. Fleshman; his brother Stephen D. Fleshman (Sherrie); and his grandsons, Paul and Luke of Savannah.
