He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bangel and Monica Bangel (Peggy); and his siblings, Guy, Jimmy Erickson and Pamela Gunning.
He is survived by: his wife Paula; his sons, Jason (Jennifer), Jeremy, Jared (Whitney) and Justin; his grandchildren, Kaden, Isabella, Oliver, Amos, Grace and Declan Bangel; his sons, Lauren, Brenna and Colin Callahan; and his sisters, Sharon and Diane of Buffalo, NY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family members.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM and at 5:00 PM at the St. Jude Catholic Church Cemetery (1937 Davis Hwy, Mineral, VA 23117).
