He was predeceased by: his father Robert B. Best, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Mary E. Best; and his sisters, June E. Bevins (Tim) of Tennessee, Kathy S. Sims (Cliff) of Florida and Gail E. Best of Mineral. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
