He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Sr. and Richard M. Leake Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Lynda Leake; his children, Ruth Elaine Leake Maddox (Brian), Olivia Anne Leake Hewitt (Zac) and Lynda Claire Leake Silva (Augusto); his half-brother John A. Leake; and his grandchildren, Parker Maddox, Lydia Maddox, Preston Hewitt, Clayton Hewitt and Gabriel Leake-Silva. He is also survived by several cousins and nephews.
