She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Patterson and Frances Patterson; her husband Michael Nicklis Jr.; and her brother-in-law Kester Clark. She is survived by: her siblings, Dicie Clark, Mittie Goldman and Layne Beverly (Donna); her children, Charles "Chuck" Goldman (Wendy), Michael Nicklis (Gabriela) and MaTesha Nicklis (Mac) of Ti-Lea; and her significant other Rickie Huff. She is also survived by her 17 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, many friends, and her beloved cats.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Woodward Funeral Home (200 Fredericksburg Ave, Louisa, VA 23093). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to the American Lung Association.
