He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wade and Annie Davis Towler; and his children, Marvin Q. Towler, Zachary R. Towler, Jerry L. Towler and Teresa Adkins. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great granddaughter.
