She was predeceased by: her mother Lucille; her sister Elizabeth Harlow; and her siblings-in-law, Tom Harlow and Betty Carter of Louisa, VA.. She is survived by: her husband Franklin E. Williams; her son James Allen Harlow; her granddaughter Jessica Harlow of Louisa, VA.; and her brothers, Clarence Carter and Ernest Carter (Diana). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
