She is survived by: her mother Leona Lou Perkins Duty; her father-in-law David Alfred Cardinal; her brother James Leonard Duty Junior; her husband David Patrick Cardinal; her mother-in-law Norma Jean Greene Cardinal; her brothers, John Leonard Duty and George Kim Duty; her siblings-in-law, Kenneth Wayne Cardinal and Valerie Ann Hawk; her nieces and nephews, Christopher James Stephens, Justin Lee Morgan, Albert Duty, Mitchel Duty, Crystal Marie Duty, Rose Ann Merie Duty and Laura; and also, James Leonard Duty Senior and Patricia Ann Duty Vaughan.
