He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Allen, Norma Rowley, Walter and Ellen Moubray; and his uncle Nick Rowley.
He is survived by: his parents, Ray Rowley and Deborah Rowley; his aunts and uncles, Allen Rowley, Manuel Santiago, Walter Steven Moubray, Melissa Sprouse and Elise Cross; and his close friends, Ricky Taylor, Felicia Nicholson, Rachel Monk, Regan Nicholson, Stacy Peyton, Randy Snow, Wesley Humell and Katlyn Taylor.
