She was predeceased by: her father Samuel F. Sprouse; and her uncles, Billy Joe McCoy and Randy Lee McCoy (Kaylee). She is survived by: her children, Hospital Falls Church, Sponge Bob and Kaylee; her mother Katrina McCoy; her siblings, Jonathon Douglas McCoy, Jacob Randy Liam Jones, Karlee Lynn Sprouse and Ryilee Mae Sprouse; her grandmother Evelyn Jo Brooks; and her great-grandparent Ruth Ann Rowe. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
