He is survived by: his fiancé Kaleena McCarn; his son Ryder Cole Evans; his mother Jacklyn Evans; his stepfather Mark Johnson; his brothers, Jeremy and Nicholas DeVito; and his grandmother Faye Evans. He is also survived by two aunts; an uncle; numerous cousins.
