He is survived by: his significant other Cindee Grant Smith; his partner's children, Christopher (Amber), Jennifer (Kyle), John Michael (Erika) and Jacob; his grandchildren, Layla, Xavier, Cierra, Noah, Raelynn, Reagan and Lainey; and his brother Tommy Smith (Donna). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
