He was predeceased by: his father James M. Level; his cousin Steven Level; and his grandparents, William and Julia Grooms. He is survived by: his mother Fannie I. Grooms; his grandparents, Bobby J. and Anna J. Level; his siblings, Qentin Grooms, Brandon Grooms, Diquan Grooms and Alison Johnson; and his close friend Dustin Musselman. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
