He was predeceased by: his brother James Whaley. He is survived by: his parents, Charles Whaley and Shannon Whaley; his son Jacob Dawson; his pets, Lenny and Scarlett; his siblings, Carl Whaley of Stafford, VA and Angela Whaley of Chambersburg, PA.; and his nieces and nephews, Carlton Whaley of Middletown, VA., Aiden, Cheyann and Lillian Whaley of Chambersburg, PA.. He is also survived by grandmother, multiple Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.
