He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Talley and Alice Talley. He is survived by: his brother Jimmie Talley (Merle); his wife Rosemary; his sons, Tommy (Tammy) and Travis (Patty); his grandsons, Anthony and William Talley; his stepchildren, Lisa Grubbs (Bobby) and Dale Cutright (Debbie); and his stepgrandchildren, Lliam and Livi Grubbs.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Louisa United Methodist Church.
