With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hilda Ross Chiles of Louisa, Virginia, born in Gordonsville, Virginia, who passed away on October 7, 2022 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Wilmore Ross, Sr. and Gladys Elva Michie Ross; her husband Charles Emmett Chiles; and her sister Ann Ross Via. She is survived by: her daughter Teresa C. Cross (Michael) of Henrico; her brother Thomas Wilmore Ross, Jr. (Mary Frances) of Culpeper; her grandchildren, Matthew A. Cross (Emily) of Mechanicsville and Suzanne C. Dunn (Michael) of Christiansburg; and her great grandchildren, Samuel Dunn, Lucas Dunn, Peter Dunn and Eleri Cross. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
