He was predeceased by: his brother E. Wayne Shifflett. He is survived by: his wife Mary E. Shifflett; his children, James H. Shifflett (Tonie), Anthony L. Shifflett (Christy) and April L. Shifflett-Hix (Eddie); and his grandchildren, Kateland Dunivan (Amanda), Bridgett Dunivan, Harley Brooks (Nathon), Bradey Shifflett, Mason Shifflett and Bohn (Joshua W. Shifflett). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
