She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Lee and Lillian Gammon Thacker; her brother Ernest Thacker; her nephew Ernest Thacker, Jr.; and also Hattie Arlene Thacker.

She is survived by: her brothers, Harry Thacker (Barbara) of Louisa and James Thacker (Joyce) of Louisa; and her nieces and nephews, Bruce Thacker (Becky), Steven Thacker (Sylvia), Charlie Thacker (Danielle), Doug Thacker (Anita), Donald Thacker (Chrissy), Sarah Rosson (Carl), Pamela Patrick and Lynn Gentry (Dennis). She is also survived by nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers please make memorial donations to the Louisa County Animal Shelter, P. O. Box 1980 Louisa, VA 23093.
