She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Felton Campbell and Della Amick Campbell; and her husband Nelson Lacey Darnell Jr. Mrs. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Sargent (Ricky) of Chesterfield, Vicki Baker (David) of Louisa and Ronald Darnell (Shelly) of Cincinnati; her siblings, Roy Campbell, Jr. of Keswick, Carolyn Neselrod of Hampton, Betty Sharp of Richmond and Cheryl Smith of Louisa; her grandchildren, Chris, Nick, Kaili, Mya, Anxin Joshua (Ronald), Francesca Lauren (Lisa), Tyler, Carmen and Tayeb; and her great grandchildren, Juliette, Connor, Everett Sylvie (Lauren), Wren and Duke. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
