Dunivan (Rhonda) and Derick Dunivan; his siblings, Richard Dunivan (Nancy) and Sandy Shifflett; his grandchildren, Makaila Dunivan, Calli Dunivan and Serenity Fernandes; and his stepgrandchildren, Stephanie Mills, Michelle Mills and Stephen Mills. He is also survived by numerous step great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
