She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Daisy Brown and Earl Brown; her husband Richard C. Meck; her brother Earl Brown Jr of Winnsboro, TX; her sons, Richard G. Meck (Sandy) of Lake Anna, VA, Bret Meck (Sandy) of Windham, ME and Todd Meck (Susanne) of Darien, CT.; and her sister Jeannette Waller. She was also cherished by 11 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
She had been suffering from the ravages of Alzheimer's disease for the last six years.
