She was predeceased by: her parents, Aubrey Amos and Mae Amos; her husbands, Johnny Apperson and James Dunivan; her siblings, Henry Amos and Lillian Armstrong; and her daughter Elaine Gammon.
She is survived by: her sisters, Bernice Boswell and Hilda Harper; her daughters, Teresa Hughes (Sammy), Cindy Pritchett (Hoy) and Lisa Greene (Robbie); and her son-in-law Ned Gammon. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
