She was predeceased by: her mother Rosa Rigsby; her husband John Robert "Mike" Franck; her children, Russell Ray Harlow (Martha) of Louisa and Dorothy Louise Brown; and her sisters, Minnie Johnson, Carrie E. Easterling and Mae Shipp.

She is survived by: her son Mason C. Harlow (JoAnn) of New Canton; and her sister Margaret Johnson of Troy. She is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
