He is survived by: his wife Betty Cole Rice; his children, William "Billy" Hayden Rice and Tammy Rice Wilkins (Chuck); his grandchildren, Amanda W. Pratt (Mike), Chad Wesley Rice (Michelle) and Charles "Andrew" Wilkins (Laura); his great grandchildren, Austin Wilkins and Hayden Pratt; his siblings, Lois Fones and Danny Rice; and his sister-in-law Doris Westman.
