With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doris Payne of Lottsburg, Virginia, born in New Market, Virginia, who passed away on January 6, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fleta Irene Neff and Frank David Buhl; her husband Keith Payne; and her grandson Thomas C. Edwards, Jr. (Melanie Edwards). She is survived by: her grandchildren, Ryan Kirsh (Jennifer), Erin Payne, Tara Payne Martin (David) and Kathryn Kirsh; and her close friends, Christina Gray and Edith Underwood. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
