He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard and Macie; and his siblings, David (Sandy), Glenn (Jo Ann) and Joyce Curry (Joey).
He is survived by: his wife Carol Lee Thompson Cunningham; his children, Christine Curley (Ken), Dale Cunningham Jr., Andrea Palsha (Larry) and Bryan Cunningham (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Nicole, Holly, Katie, Matthew, Hayden and Mallory; and his great grandchildren, Carson, Aidan, Lilly, Kadence, Owen and Hudson.
