She was predeceased by: her parents, Watt Tyler Herbert and Georgia Kate Hutton Herbert; and her siblings-in-law, Shirley Fisher, Ann Fisher and Albert Fisher.

She is survived by: her son John Mansfield Fisher, Jr. (Kathy); her brothers-in-law, Franklin Fisher and Sam Fisher (Nancy); her cousin June Herbert; her sister-in-law Judy Fisher; and her niece Betsy Fisher.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Northumberland County Animal Shelter at PO Box 305 Heathsville, VA 22473.
