He was predeceased by: his parent William Albert Rowland; and his brothers, Elwood Rowland and Johnny Rowland. He is survived by: his parent Elizabeth Worley Rowland; his wife Brenda Pickeral Rowland; his children, Lora R. Layne and Stuart A. Rowland; his brother Paul Rowland; and his grandchildren, Justine Layne, Carter Thomas Layne, Kaylee Rowland, Leslie Rowland and Scarlett Rowland.
